Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or credit towards your next purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be requested within seven (7) days of the purchase date. If you are booking for same day service you must request a refund by email and any continued use of the service may be deducted from the original purchase price. If you reserve a space for a future date and decide to cancel, 42 hours prior to the reservation is required to receive a full refund on the purchase price. If you purchase one of our Monthly Parking Passes and decide that you want a refund prior to your reservation end date, a cancelation fee of $25 is deducted from the prorated amount and a refund is processed next business day.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a refund, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number for your records. Please allow at least three (3) days from the RA to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
